Caroline's Latest Trip to TN & NC

I had fun stopping to see my Great Papa in Asheville. He always has some neat toys to share with me. Like this bear. I love to chew on his nose every time I come for a visit. This is my Great Grandma Evelyn. She always sends Daddy home with some party mix. I can't wait until I can have some. This time she threw in some banana pudding, too. She sure knows what Daddy likes!

Here I am trying to fit in with the "mountain folk."

Here I am with Great Papaw Floyd. We're sure glad he's feeling a little better.

Boy Daddy and I sure got excited. This must have been when Clemson made that one good play on Saturday... Here I am hanging out with Callie and Grammy.
My Great Nana had a wild birthday party...look who showed up. We didn't know she was hiring some entertainment! This is my cousin, Jason, and his wife, Amanda.
And here I am with my cousin, Noah. Boy, we sure do have fun when we get together. Noah likes it that I can walk. Now we can get in even more trouble together!

This is my cousin, Kaitlyn. Doesn't she have beautiful eyes?
I told her I had two teeth. She didn't believe me, so she had to check it out for herself.
And this is my Aunt Tammy...never a dull moment when she's around!

Caroline Hits the Big 4-0!!!

Caroline is getting old....40 weeks!!! She had a great 9 month check up last week. She is in the 75th percentile for her height, but 25th for her weight. She's going to be a skinny girl! Her urine test came back great which we were very excited about. She has just started on finger foods and loves Cheerios. She's quite a nut! Earlier I couldn't figure out why she kept crying on the monitor and wouldn't take a nap. I went in to check on her and she was completely naked...not a stitch of clothes and crying her eyes out. She had taken off her dress, socks and diaper. Did I mention it was a poopy diaper and yes, now every thing in her crib has to be washed! It was EVERYWHERE! Mercy!

Outdoor Playtime!

These two have so much fun together....isn't this the sweetest picture? Vedder will run up to her and jump and start barking trying to get her to chase him. It's so cute!
Check out his tongue and her hand....ugh!!!

Ah the eyes of a baby...aren't they so intriguing?

Caroline's First Boat Trip

Caroline went on her first boat trip today. She really enjoyed it except for having to wear the life vest. She loved exploring all over the boat and having the wind in her hair! She also loved being able to scream at the top of her lungs in excitement without fear of making the neighbors within 2 miles of us unhappy! :)

39 Weeks

Here is Caroline's 39 week pic. She is trying to get some new teeth and needless to say it hasn't been real fun around our house lately. I was only able to get one pic this morning and that took an act of congress. We can't believe Caroline will be 9 months old Friday! She is walking better everyday. She can now squat down, pick up a toy and stand right back up without toppling over. Yesterday, while we were walking with her twin friends the 3 of them appeared to be carrying on their own little conversation. It was too cute. I guess they knew what each other was saying!

Aunt Kim's New School

This is where Aunt Kim will be teaching starting on Monday. She is going to teach English is a Learned Language.Isn't her new class adorable? They really liked me!

More of Nashville...

Look at this giant bison I found when Mommy took me to Lipscomb to show me where she went to college. I've never seen one with a pink face before! This is where Mommy lived when she was in college. It looks really OLD!

I got really tired after all that playing!
